Job description
Most companies operating in Poland are companies from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. Running your own business gives you an independence and flexible working hours. If the business is running well, its founder can count on income that exceeds the salary of people working under an employment contract. When choosing a business profile, an entrepreneur should take into account an industry that he knows well, in which he has experience or is passionate about issues related to a given industry, this will significantly increase the chance of success of the project. You should also research the possibilities of obtaining capital to start a business, it does not have to come exclusively from the entrepreneur’s own resources. A person planning to start their own business should be highly motivated, responsible and stress-resistant.
